Stiles pressed his back against the bike ramp. He could feel the vibrations as someone pushed down, rode down the length of the curve and fell. The scrape of shoes and the pedal made him lean forward a little, then he glanced up. He heard the soft “I’m okay" and snorted before returning to the video that had been posted. He’d seen it a couple of times already, but it was a good one. He sent a message to Isaac’s youtube account from his phone after posting the reply. Then, he sent another.

— Check the message before this one and give me a call. And dude, when’s your next video going up? - Stiles
He’d been making youtube videos with his best friend for about a year and a half. Keeping up their channel was doing more than making for a good time; it was paying their bills and funding bigger and badder stunts, which was always fun. But keeping up with their channel meant keeping up with their comments. Someone had mentioned another channel and Stiles and Scott had checked it out. Then, of course, he’d been hooked, going through every single video Isaac had posted. Now, he was sending the guy messages regularly, and he was determined to get together. There was no way it wouldn’t be awesome.
Isaac started with a BMX and skateboard as most on this side of youtube do. When he hit his growth spur at fifteen, he found himself running faster and jumping over hurdles with greater ease than ever before; but it was only recently (after becoming an emancipated minor and moving down to South California to live with Derek Hale──known for his surfing channel), that he traded sports for parkour.
He’s good enough to have a YouTube channel with 2,157 subscribers in just under six months, but he’s particularly inept at the whole messages thing. Derek says it’s good form to keep up with one’s inbox, but Isaac is having a hard enough time keeping up with all the changes in his life. He knows there are opportunities going to waste, but after a drunken night of bravely answering messages, he finds himself regretting any response he ever sent.
FallBros has sent you a message.
The notification pops up more than once across the top of his phone’s screen. There are only two or three people he has kept an eye out for, but stalking via YouTube videos is very different from an actual phone conversation.
Boredom pushes him to call the number about two hours later, and he’s half expecting to get some masked sex line. From what he’s seen of the FallBros, Stiles is the asshole of the duo, and he’s not above pranks if the opportunity strikes.
